1-Year Limited Warranty

KUODIEOR® products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Period
The warranty applies for 12 months from the original purchase date.

What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product, including manufacturing or material defects that affect the product’s function.

What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, loss, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at faye@kuodieor.com and include your name, order number or proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem when applicable.

Our team will review the claim and provide the appropriate next steps.

Warranty Resolution
If a product is confirmed to have a covered manufacturing defect, KUODIEOR may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the affected item, or provide another appropriate resolution.

Warranty remedies are limited to the original product purchased and do not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Purchases From Other Sellers
For products purchased through Amazon or another authorized sales channel, proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.
